Jeff Beck Review – Palais Theatre – March 26, 2010
Jeff Beck returned to Melbourne last night just over 12 months after his previous appearance in this city and fresh from winning a Grammy for Best Rock Instrumental for his moving version of the Beatles classic A Day in the Life. Best 10 Additions to My Music Collection 2009
I find music through a process of osmosis, a gradual or unconscious development of musical tastes and ideas. Music finds me rather than the other way around. I don’t listen to FM Radio, I don’t watch Video Hits or MTV. I always keep an ear out and often find it in the strangest places. Therefore the following list is one of music I’ve discovered in 2009, most of the albums were not released this year. I can be a bit slow on the uptake but I’m looking for to picking up my copy of Fredhead by Right Said Fred for Christmas. Continue reading
