Picked this one up from the local Europa wine store that specialises in european and american wines.  Only recently have I finally started investigating Californian wines – and once again this is another beauty.  Got home and sat the bottle to one side while I started putting together a couple of veal schnitzels and vegies, opened up the Coppola shortly after to give it a good breath.  The Zinf and the Syrah go well together in making the wine soft but robust with the old faithful Cab Sauv chucking in the ever reliable base. Yet another reason to say that Californian wines are awesome.  Recommend parmesan encrusted veal and vegies, which by the way turned out great.
